We are in the midst of an AI revolution. Every day, groundbreaking advancements redefine what's possible. This evolving landscape demands a platform where industry leaders can convene to process and progress this technology.

HumanX, which today comes out of stealth to announce its 2025 debut March 10-13 in Las Vegas, is poised to be that gathering. With that, the company is also announcing a $6+ million seed round led by Primary Venture Partners, with participation from Foundation Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and FPV Ventures.

The team here at Primary has known Jonathan Weiner for years. We’re investors in HLTH, and continue to be impressed as guests at his other conference franchises, Money20/20 and Shoptalk. When we started talking with him and his cofounder, 18-year Microsoft veteran, founder, and best-selling author Stefan Weitz, we saw a huge opportunity to bring a best in class event to an area in desperate need of deeper conversations.

Traditional tech conferences, while valuable, lack the focus and depth that AI professionals and business leaders require. HumanX is positioned to fill this void, catering to a sophisticated audience that seeks inspiration, collaboration, and real-time insights into AI's evolving role in the world.

The team at HumanX has already hit the ground running and is making significant progress.

In its inaugural year, the HumanX gathering will welcome leaders from various industries and functions, including: Healthcare/Life Sciences, Finance/Insurance, Retail/CPG, Cybersecurity, Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure Tools, and Business Operations. HumanX will arm attendees with practical, industry-specific applications of AI, case studies, and unparalleled networking that provide actionable insights and strategies for their AI journey. Some of the speakers already confirmed for the conference are:

HumanX will feature the same quality and orientation around value as HLTH and Money20/20, and will include the SolutionBridge program, which offers customized matchmaking between technology buyers and sellers to make it easy for organizations to find the solutions they need. Additionally, over 300 venture capitalists will be in attendance to connect with startups through its VentureConnect program.

In our opinion, AI is the most important technological shift in decades, and is the predominant discussion point in boardrooms and executive sessions happening across companies big and small.
