Tobias joined Primary after helping build Radicle Labs, a private markets research firm spun out of Prehype. He earned his MBA from Wharton and holds an AB in Public Policy from Princeton. Tobias is drawn to founders tackling complex technical problems with elegance and precision, bringing a research-driven mindset to every partnership. Born and raised on the Upper West Side, he's always happy to debate the best pizza places and commiserate about New York sports teams.
